Overview of Mike’s talk:
Making the move to agile testing methods, and away from the more traditional QA function, is a big undertaking for any development team embracing agile development approaches. In this talk, we’ll compare and contrast the two, looking at what it really means to be an Agile Tester and our contribution to the Team. We’ll look at some practical examples of acceptance tests, and discuss the Agile Tester’s active participation in planning, estimation, user stories development (and their associated done criteria), communication, automation, and information radiators.
