    We all know the benefits of agile when developing software, but are you using those same principles with your marketing efforts? Treat your marketing initiatives like any other agile project by breaking big ideas into small deliverables.

    For example, launching a marketing microsite sure sounds like an epic undertaking but breaking into smaller pieces makes the project much easier to deliver. Start by building a simple webpage with links to existing content (blog posts, articles, whitepapers, presentations) and add new content to the site (podcasts, webinars, videos) with each iteration. Get feedback early and often so you know you’re creating what your audience wants. Once you have enough content, you can divide it into multiple pages and before you know it you’ll have a full blown microsite.
